Return policy

At WHSBYS, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our policy carefully to understand your options.

1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet all of the following conditions:

Unworn, Unwashed, and Unaltered: Items must be in their original, unused condition with all tags attached.

Original Packaging: Items should be returned in their original packaging or a suitable protective package.

Timeframe: Return requests must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.

Proof of Purchase: A valid order number or receipt is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

Final sale items (clearly marked as "FINAL SALE" at purchase)

Items without original tags

Damaged or altered items

Items with signs of wear, perfume, or odors

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Contact Us: Email our customer service team at assist@whsbys.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and the items you wish to return.

Receive Instructions: We will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions.

Ship Your Return: Carefully package the items and ship them to the address we provide. You must include the RA number on the package.

Do not send returns to our main business address without authorization.

4. Return Shipping Costs

The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item shipped).

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit back to us.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 5-10 business days), we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please note that the time it takes for the refund to be credited to your account depends on your bank or payment provider's policies. It may take several business days to appear.

6. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the standard return process to receive a refund, and then place a new order for the desired item.

7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at assist@whsbys.com within 48 hours of delivery. Provide your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will cover all shipping costs associated with the replacement or return of such items.

8. Final Sale Items

All purchases marked as "FINAL SALE" are non-refundable and non-returnable.
